The Apartment Is Quiet, The Silence Is Often Broken By The Sounds Of Mice Scurrying And Crows Cawing. Nobody Has Entered This Apartment In Decades And Nobody Has Left, But Someone Still Remains.

I Am Simply Just A Flesh Sack Of Bones, Red Juice, Jelly lumps, maggots, and green goo. I sluggishly drag around the world taking in all of its imperfections, hate, evil, and horror that earth has to offer. We are all just sacks of blood and meat with no reason or purpose to be on this earth, the people who think they matter or can make a difference such as myself are just scared of this cruel world.

Numbers

It is a square room roughly the size of a standard apartment with all black walls with millions of small numbers drawn on the wall in a random order. The numbers completely cover the black walls and even the floors and ceilings. There is no visible light source in the room however it is still bright inside, and there is no visible air conditioning however it still has a nice temperature. Gravity inside of the room is very strange and it changes from time to time, there is no visible entrance or exit. From the outside it looks like a small tent in the forest but upon entering the tent you are transported to the square room. Very odd. I am a small mouse that lives in the thick walls of the square room. I am smaller than most mice and I am hairless. I do not remember anything from my childhood and i do not remember how i got here as I have a very short memory. I am very lonely because there is no one else here. It is completely pitch black and cramped in the walls. I have no food or water and i am not sure how i have survived thus far but i am afraid that i will die soon.

Politics

Whenever I look at the news I genuinely feel sick. America has entered a dystopian, fascist, 1933 era, and we all know why. Schools are becoming more and more dangerous every day with the reality that any day now a disturbed, unhinged kid will walk in with a firearm and massacre innocent students, because it does happen... VERY OFTEN. innocent people immigrating to the United States, in hopes that they will get away and start a new life where they can not only survive, but thrive, are instead taken by big scary white men with guns, only to be put in shackles and seperated from their children, then sent to prisons and work camps where they live in absolutely horrid living conditions and are forced into labor, meanwhile their children are sent to some juvenile detention center god knows where, when all any of these people wanted to do was to simply just live and feel safe. These horrible things aren't just happening in America though... Palestians are under genocide and are being slaughtered by the tens of thousands, and the survivors are forced into hiding and homelessness, all the while the attacker, Israel, is constantly being sent billions of dollars worth of weaponry, by none other than the fourty-seventh president of the United States of America. Even our planet is at risk with Trump withdrawing from an agreement with Paris to limit global warming, and continuing forms of energy production that is detrimental to our planet. Along with all of this, diversity, equity, and inclusion are no longer a priority in workplaces, says the government, because who cares about workers feeling safe and accepted! As long as they're slaving themselves away to capitalism, everything is good, right? Oh, and you know that thought that Artificial Intelligence may take over the world? Well, it's not just a thought anymore, because now AI advancement is one of the top priorities of the president, meaning that art will die because if a robot with no feelings or soul or humanity can just recreate any form of art or creativity in mere seconds, then why would the average person ever think about recieving art from a real living person with thoughts and creativity and feelings, when a thoughtless, emotionless robot can just churn out piece after piece endlessly with no real work actually put into it. Not to mention the fact that the government is also deciding to use unreliable AI for research institutes, so now we can never know what is official and true and what's not. Also, guess what? living in America is now going to be more affordable! Isn't that just great? Well, sorry, but it's not actually happening because now there are tariffs involved, meaning that in reality, basic human needs are getting a big price markup, because god forbid we recieve goods from other countries, we should never recieve things from the same countries we have been unnecessarily fearmongering about for decades, however, if those companies were to just switch operations to here in the United States, then that would be just perfect! because of course America should manufacture everything, and make the climate even worse, because we just need more! More consumerism! More pollution! More convenience! More! More! MORE! But what about the scary outsiders? Well, the government has the perfect solution, which is to just send out the military to shoot any scary looking people of color and then call it a day. And what about that war? The one with Russia and Ukraine? Well, the government are looking for a "peaceful" resolution to the war! (Most likely a resolution where Russia wins) And in the meantime, why not criticize president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, for not wearing a suit to his conference, when the vice president of the United States, James Donald Bowman, did the exact same thing. Anyways, taxpayer dollars? Well, the "Department of Government Efficiency" (nicknamed "DOGE" by Trump's immature, man-child best friend Elon Musk), is supposedly saving billions worth of taxpayer dollars, by cutting funding to medical research, education, and even research towards finding a cure to cancer, because as long as we're saving money, who cares about the lives of potentially millions of people, right? Oh yeah, also, Robert Francis Kennedy Jr., the anti-vaccine nutjob who has not only admitted to being on Jeffrey Epstein's plane on multiple occasions, but has also said he had a worm in his head eating his brain? Yeah him, he's trying to send autistic people to wellness farms, because he thinks autism is an "epidemic" and that it "destroys families", meaning that regular everyday people who only think a bit different from everyone else, are going to be treated like they have leprosy. And revisiting the whole diversity, equity, and inclusion thing? Yeah, it's also being abolished from schools, meaning that if you have a different skin color, sexuality, gender identity, or way of thinking, then you can be relentlessly discriminated and bullied for it, and nobody cares, because the government says it's fine. Also all of those Trump obsessed rioters who stormed the Capital on January 6 and killed aswell as injured numerous people, are now being pardoned, because if you do awful things, but you are in favor of Donald J. Trump, then it's completely fine. But what about women? are they getting any wins with this new presidency? Nope! Now women are not in charge of their own bodies, because women not wanting to go through the pain of childbirth and motherhood is apparently a huge deal, so if you are pregnant with a child you never wanted, or if you were raped, or if you are not financially or mentally able to care for a child, well tough shit, because you can't get rid of that baby, because unfortunately, a man convicted of 34 felonies, is able to make choices about every woman's body. And to top it all off, now regular people who choose to express their gender identity in different ways, are now invalid, and transgender women who want to participate in women's sports? Sorry! Apparently trans women are too strong and it would be unfair if they were to participate in sports against other women (Even though strength isn't based on gender, it is based on strength building and excersize). Also if you are transgender and you want to do something so simple as use the bathroom? Nope, sorry, you have to go into a bathroom assigned to your complete opposite gender, just because it was the gender you were assigned at birth, which will eventually culminate in you getting weirder looks in your assigned bathroom, than you would get in the bathroom of your actual gender, also, I almost forgot to mention, if you are a minor and are transgender, such as myself, then you aren't allowed to get gender affirming care anymore, resulting in you probably suffering horrible depression due to gender dysphoria. So in conclusion, America, and just the world in general, is headed down a very dark path, which is why we need to fight back against the government, fight back against the fascists, fight back against the nazis, and fight back against the system, because if we do not, then things will continue to get worse and nothing will change.
